How to manage a formal grievance meeting

A formal grievance meeting must be held as soon as possible after you receive a grievance from a member of staff. The ACAS Code on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures recommends that it be held within five working days. This video gives great advice on how to prepare for this meeting, manage the conversation during the meeting and how to appropriately follow-up.
